Registered Nurse (Surgery/OR) - Medford, Oregon

Job Details

Specialty: Surgery/OR Registered Nurse
Location: Medford, Oregon
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Days
Hours: 12-hour shifts, Friday through Sunday (36 hours per week)
Orientation: 12 hours of non-billable orientation during the first work week (guaranteed hours do not apply during orientation)
Call Off Policy: Possible cancellation or call off up to 24 hours per 13-week assignment
Local Radius Restriction: Candidates must be outside a 50-mile radius; local candidates are not accepted

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Oregon
Minimum of 1 year of Operating Room (OR) experience within the last year
BLS Certification
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)

Additional Notes

Non-Oregon licensed RNs can apply and may receive a temporary license valid for 90 days if their permanent license is pending
