Omaha, Nebraska
Contract Length
13 weeks
Schedule
- 4 x 10 hour days
- 7a-5:30p
- 1 weekend a month
- 12 hours of call a month
- Holidays as needed and scheduled
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years in a clinical setting
- Trauma Level I experience
- OR experience
- Proficient in Trauma, Imaging, and portable X Rays
- Proficient in C-Arm procedures
- ARRT (R)
- AHA BLS
- Nebraska License
Preferred
- Trauma experience
- Fluoroscopy experience
Job Duties
- Fluoro/Diagnostic Xrays on inpatients and ED patients
- Portable X-rays on patient floors
- C-Arm procedures in OR
Unit / Department Notes
- ED volume averages around 20-25 patients per shift
- No support staff except on floors
- Responsible for a portion of the portables on floors
Training
- Begins with NEO and departmental on-the-job training
Additional Notes
- Self-starter with good team skills and ability to adapt to changing situations
- Red dress code; hospital scrubs provided for surgery
