Job Description

The Perioperative Circulator RN plans, coordinates, delivers, and evaluates nursing care for patients undergoing operative or invasive procedures. This role requires applying clinical knowledge and judgment to address the physical, psychological, and spiritual needs of patients during the perioperative period. Responsibilities include direct and indirect nursing care in the operating room, ongoing evaluation and documentation of care, and individualizing patient care based on health status, age, and type of surgery or procedure.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Oklahoma
• 1 year of OR Circulate experience, including experience within the last year
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
• Associate of Science in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing from an accredited program
• Minimum 6 months level 1 experience required
• Excellent understanding of AORN Standards
• Perioperative nursing experience
