Registered Nurse

Overview

Travel assignment in Green Bay, Wisconsin
Medical-surgical float team role
13-week contract
Start: ASAP
12-hour variable day/night shifts
Every weekend and holiday rotation
Guaranteed 36–48 hours per week

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Wisconsin
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Med Surg (1 year of experience)
Med Surg experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
Experience with venipuncture
Knowledge of Cardizem medication
Must be outside a 50-mile radius of the facility

Clinical Setting

Floats as needed within skill set to observation, cardiac, medical, surgical, ortho/neuro, inpatient rehab, and transitional care units
Facility will try to keep the traveler in 1–2 similar units when possible

Preferred Experience

Epic charting experience within the past 2 years

Additional Notes

On-call and call-back are not required
NIHSS certification is preferred for submission
Certification training is provided at no charge during orientation
