Overview
- Travel/Contract role in Atlanta, Georgia
- Day shift: 5x8 hours, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
- 40 hours per week
- Contract length: 14 weeks
- Locals accepted at the same rate
Schedule
- RTO maximum: 7 days
- Holidays: expected to work major holidays that fall during the assignment period, per the source’s holiday coverage rules
Unit / Patient Population
- Patient population: Infant to Geriatrics
- Unit systems: EPIC
Required Qualifications
- Valid RDN - Registered Dietitian Nutritionist license in Georgia
- RDN - Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (1 year of experience)
- RDN - Registered Dietitian Nutritionist experience within the last year
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- RD
- Experience with calorie counts
- Experience with enteral nutrition
- Experience with food-drug interactions
- Experience with TPN (total parenteral nutrition)
- Experience developing plans/treatments
- Experience with nutrition assessments
- Full compliance required to start on time
- State license verification, if applicable
- Color Blind Testing Online
- Negative 10 Panel Drug Screen within 60 days of start
- 2 clinical references
- Verification of most recent employer
- Skills checklist within 12 months, updated annually
- Physical exam within 12 months of start
- Negative TB or Chest X-Ray
- TB Questionnaire
- Rubeola (Measles) immunity documentation
- Mumps immunity documentation
- Rubella immunity documentation
- Hepatitis B surface antibody titer or signed declination
- Varicella immunity documentation
- Flu vaccine or declination
- Drivers License/State ID photo ID
- Background check completed prior to start
- Education verification of related degree noted on application
