Night shift
3 x 12-hour shifts
7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
Weekend rotation is fixed to one of these combinations: Fri/Sat/Sun or Sat/Sun/Mon

Valid RN license in Ohio
Med Surg / Telemetry (1.5 years of experience)
Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
NIHSS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Government-issued photo ID
Background check
Monthly EPLS/GSA/SAM screening
Monthly HHS/OIG screening
Fingerprinting completed within 48 hours of signing the contract
Education verification
Primary source license verification within 30 days of start
Nursys verification within 30 days of start
Baseline competency exam in medication and ECG during orientation
Physical exam within 1 year of start
Fit mask clearance within 12 months of start
Tdap vaccination or documentation
Negative TB screening or chest X-ray
Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and hepatitis B immunity/vaccination documentation
Drug screening within 12 months of start
Flu vaccination or approved exemption documentation
Snellen eye exam within 1 year of start
2 references from recent employment
Employment application with prior work history
