Special Care Nursery/NICU II RN
Overview
- Travel/Contract role in Baltimore, Maryland
- Start date: 10/27
- Night shift: 4x12 hours, 18:50–7:20
- 36 or 48 hours per week
- Local rate applies within 60 miles
- Patient ratio: 1:2–3
- Every other weekend coverage
- Scrubs provided
- Flu vaccine required
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Maryland
- NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care (2 years of experience)
- NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care experience within the last year
- One completed travel assignment
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- NRP
- STABLE
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Driver's License
- Experience with Special Care Nursery
- Experience with NICU II
- Experience attending high-risk deliveries
- Experience with CPAP
- Experience with short-term ventilator support
- Experience with umbilical vein catheter (UVC) setup
- Experience with gavage feeding
Preferred
- STABLE in hand at time of submission
- Charge experience
- Preceptor experience
