Overview

• Travel/Contract role in Newberg, Oregon
• 13-week assignment
• Night (3x12 Hours) 19:00–7:00 / Evening (3x12 Hours) 14:00–2:00
• Variable noc/evening shift RN
• Every other weekend required
• Expected ratio: 1:4
• May float between units based on unit needs
• 1st timers OK

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Oregon
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• ED - Emergency Department (1 year of experience)
• ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
• Driver's License
• ACLS
• BLS
• PALS
• NRP
• TNCC
• NURSYS verification required for all RNs
• Must have a vehicle for this assignment

Preferred

• CHEMO
• EFM
• IV Certification
• NIH Stroke Certification
• Management of Assaultive Behavior (MAB)
• CPI - Crisis Prevention Institute

Facility Notes

• Short Term Acute Care / Level IV Trauma Center
• 60 beds
• Epic charting
• Any color scrubs; CNA any color; MLT any color, or business casual
• No parking fee

Float Scope

• May float to other units as needed
• May also be required to float to other Providence facilities within a reasonable distance
