Schedule

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Day shift)
• Possibility of weekend shifts
• 40 hours per week guaranteed (20 hours guaranteed weekly with a 40-hour schedule)

Patient Load & Case Type

• Average 5-7 patients per day
• Geriatric cases
• Territory covers up to a 60-mile radius from the office/hub

Required Experience

• Minimum 1 year recent experience in Home Health nursing
• First-time travelers not accepted (prior travel experience required)

Required Certifications & Licenses

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in hand
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) as applicable by specialty
• National certification verification prior to start and upon expiration
• Primary source verification of state license prior to start and upon expiration
• NURSYS verification prior to start (for RN)

Required Documentation & Compliance

• Valid Driver’s License
• Background check within 1 year covering all locations lived/worked/schooled, updated annually
• EPLS/GSA/SAM and HHS/OIG checks prior to start
• Signed Orientation Safety Manual Acknowledgement (updated annually)
• Physical exam within 12 months of start
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray within required timeframes
• Immunizations or positive titers for Rubeola (Measles), Mumps, Rubella, Hepatitis B, Varicella
• 9-panel drug screen within 12 months of start
• Flu vaccination or declination during flu season (Oct 1 - Mar 31)
• Auto insurance copy
• Passport-style photo for badge within 72 hours of signing
• Completion of required welcome videos and competency exams
• Two professional references within 3 years of hire
• Skills checklist required

Job Requirements & Conditions

• OASIS experience required
• Experience with HCHB EMR required
• On-call required (details to be discussed during interview)
• Flexibility with territory expected
• Dress code: scrubs of any color, no jeans
• No personal cell phone use allowed; iPad provided
• Mileage reimbursed at IRS standard rate

Requirements / Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Oklahoma
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in Home Health nursing
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
