Job Opportunity: Behavioral Health Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

• Provide direct care to patients with mental health conditions
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
• Administer medications
• Provide therapeutic communication and crisis intervention
• Monitor patient well-being
• Educate patients and families
• Maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure a safe and supportive environment for recovery

Requirements

• Specialty: Behavioral Health Nursing
• Experience: Minimum 6 months of Adolescent Behavioral Health experience (required)
• Certifications:

  • BLS (AHA) required prior to start
  • Handle with Care Certification (preferred)
• Age: Must be 21 years or older
• Licensing: Active Oklahoma nursing license required at time of submission
• Additional: Candidates’ permanent address considered; local candidates may be considered at a reduced rate

• No increased rate for overtime, holiday, or call-back hours
• On-call pay applies with minimum hour requirements
• Local candidates within 50 miles may be considered with adjusted travel rate
