Job Details

  • Specialty: Operating Room (OR) Registered Nurse
  • Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
  • Contract Length: 13 weeks
  • Shift: 6:45 AM – 5:15 PM

Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in Idaho
  • Minimum of 1 year of Operating Room (OR) experience within the last year
  • BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
  • ACLS certification
  • Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)

Health and Safety Requirements

  • Fit Test
  • 10-panel drug screen completed within 30 days of start (no THC).
  • COVID-19 vaccine proof including booster or approved declination/exemption.
  • MMR: Proof of two vaccinations or immunity titer.
  • Hepatitis B: Must have started vaccination series prior to start.
  • Influenza vaccine: Optional.
  • 2-Step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) with chest x-ray if positive TB.
  • Varicella: Proof of vaccination or immunity.
  • Physical/Health Statement confirming fitness to work within the last year.

Professional and Compliance Requirements

  • Signed Code of Conduct form.
  • Signed Confidentiality and System Security Agreement.
  • Specialty-specific competency testing completed within the last year.
  • Criminal background check (federal, nationwide, county) within last 7 years, dated within 30 days of start.
  • Education verification of highest academic degree or diploma.
  • EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) check dated within 30 days.
  • OIG (Office of Inspector General) exclusion check dated within 30 days.
  • Integrity and Audit Services form signed shortly before start.
  • Joint Commission CORE exam within the last year.
  • NSO (National Sex Offender) check dated within 30 days.
  • System Access form completed and uploaded one week before start.
  • Skills checklist provided by agency for clinical contractors.
