Job Opportunity: Infusion RN

Location: Gaylord, Michigan
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

• Specialty: Oncology Certified Registered Nurse (RN) - Infusion
• Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:45 AM – 4:30 PM (40 hours/week)
• No weekends, on-call, or holiday shifts required
• No guaranteed hours; overtime available after 40 hours

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Michigan
• Oncology Nurse Certified
• Minimum of 1 year of infusion experience, including infusion experience within the last year
• Oncology experience
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)

Required Onboarding Credentials

• Proof of vaccinations or immunity: MMR, Influenza (seasonal), Varicella
• TB test: Negative T-spot or QuantiFERON within last 6 months, or 2-step skin test completed properly
• Fit for Duty health statement (within 1 year)
• Negative drug screen within 90 days prior to start
• Driver’s license or state ID
• Social Security card and verification
• Criminal background check (7-year national, including sex offender and FACIS Level 3) within 90 days
• Education and employment verifications (previous 2 years)
• Core competency exams (OSHA & JC) and skill-specific competencies
• Completed I-9 form and emergency contact form
• Professional references (minimum 2, including manager/supervisor or charge nurse)

Additional Information

• No prior travel experience explicitly required
• Must be able to complete all credentialing and onboarding requirements prior to start
• Candidate must be prepared for a thorough verification process including primary source license verification
