Location: Utica, New York
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Day (6:30 AM - 7:00 PM)
Hours per Week: 36

Work in a 64-bed Emergency Department unit including triage, acute care, super track, trauma, CDU, and psychiatric areas.
Patient population includes newborns, pediatrics, adults, and geriatric patients.
Common diagnoses encountered: Stroke, Sepsis, Trauma, Myocardial Infarction (MI), Cardiac Arrest, Respiratory Failure.
Use specialty equipment such as Rapid Infusor and Arctic Sun.
Floating to other units is required.
Charge nurse capability is highly preferred.
Block scheduling is not guaranteed.

Active New York RN license.
Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department experience, including some pediatric experience.
Prior travel experience is required.
Current certifications:
- ACLS (American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
- NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale)
- TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) — must have TNCC certification in hand.
Experience with EPIC electronic medical records system.
Valid driver’s license with address matching demographic information.
Ability to provide a current NURSYS report and license verification.
Submission must include a skills checklist matching the specialty and RTO (Return to Office) information.
