Travel Therapy - Physical Therapist

Outpatient Care Provider

<h2>Assignment Duration</h2>
This is a 26-week contract position.

<h2>Schedule</h2>
Shifts are from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM, primarily on weekdays, with occasional Saturday coverage (typically 4-5 Saturdays over the contract duration).

<h2>Job Description</h2>
The Outpatient Care Provider will primarily focus on delivering high-quality care in an outpatient setting. Applicants with Epic experience are preferred. This role involves working closely with patients to ensure their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

<h2>Responsibilities</h2>
<ul>
 <li>Provide comprehensive outpatient care to patients.</li>
 <li>Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.</li>
 <li>Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.</li>
 <li>Participate in patient education and community outreach efforts.</li>
</ul>

<h2>Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure</h2>
<ul>
 <li>Current Oregon License required.</li>
 <li>BLS certification required.</li>
 <li>Experience with Epic preferred.</li>
 <li>Completion of Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen and other health requirements prior to onboarding.</li>
