- 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Assignment Length
- 13 weeks
Clinical Focus
- General cases include abdomen, OBGYN, small parts, abdominal vasculature, lower extremity DVT, and follicular
- NICU and OR experience is a plus
Required Qualifications
- BLS
- Professional license/certification verification required
- MA Conditional Licenses are not accepted
Onboarding Requirements
- Submit a color headshot taken within the past 6 months with a plain background; no selfies, filters, scrub caps/headwear, or eyeglasses
- N95 fit test required within 365 days of start date, with no onsite fit testing and no religious or medical exemptions
- Respirator medical clearance attestation required if fit testing is required for the skill
- Documentation of MMR immunity or vaccination
- TB screening documentation within 3 months of start date
- Physician statement signed by an MD, DO, NP, or PA within 365 days of start date
- Criminal background check and Massachusetts CORI check
- Resume including the past 7 years of work experience and city/state for work and education
- Two references within the past 4 years, including at least one supervisor or above in the skillset
- Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission
- Confirmation of assignment/POI form
