Neonatal Registered Respiratory Therapist

Contract

13 weeks
Full-time, 12-hour day shift: 07:00 - 19:30

Role Summary

Provides respiratory care for patients with respiratory insufficiencies.
Assesses patients, develops and implements care plans, monitors patient condition and equipment, performs advanced respiratory care modalities, educates patients and families, and responds to emergency resuscitation codes.

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist license in Indiana
Registered Respiratory Therapist (2 years of experience)
Registered Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
NRP issued by American Heart Association or American Academy of Pediatrics
NRP Advanced
High school diploma or GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Technical degree
Driver's License

Preferred Qualifications

Advanced Life Support from the American Heart Association
Neonatal Resuscitation certification
Pediatric Advanced Life Support
