Staffing ratio: 1:4–5
Floating: Required within units of equivalent or lower acuity

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in District of Columbia
Oncology (2 years of experience)
Oncology experience within the last year
One completed travel assignment
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
NIHSS
ONS/ONCC
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Ability to administer chemotherapy
Telemetry experience
Bone Marrow Transplant experience

Preferred Qualifications

BSN
BMT/HEME/MED oncology experience
Strong med-surg experience

Additional Notes

Every other weekend schedule, depending on unit needs
Scrubs are not provided; any color is acceptable as long as there are no other hospital logos
Cerner charting system
Local rate applies within 60 miles
