Pros
excellent support, friendly to travelers
Cons
None
Pros
Unit is traveler friendly, there’s no set assignments you can pace yourself throughout your work day (10 hr shifts). The techs are really good - they bring the patients back, get vitals, and place the IV’s. They are the real MVP’s. The patient is usually “chemo ready” when they are brought back. Chemo is already released on the front end. Occasionally you’ll have to draw labs.
Cons
It’s DC, cost of living is a little high, and the food wasn’t the best (take that with a grain of salt, I live in New Orleans, my standards are high). They use Cerner (I’m an Epic girl!)
