Job Overview

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist license in Kentucky
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (2 years of experience)
• Registered Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association
• Driver's License

Job Requirements

• Float within scope of practice
• Every other weekend required
• Blocked scheduling cannot be accommodated
• Assignment confirmation must be signed within 24 hours of offer
• Driver’s license and facility coversheet required in submission packet

Compliance / Pre-Start Items

• References: 2 references within 1 year of start date, from supervisor level or higher
• Work history verification for the past 7 years
• Background check and education verification required
• Drug screening required within 30 days of start
• Physical exam within 1 year of start
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
• Tdap within 10 years
• MMR, varicella, hepatitis B, and flu documentation required
• Fit mask completed onsite
• Skills checklist required annually
• State-specific registry/search requirements apply for Kentucky
