Overview
- Travel/Contract RN role in Baltimore, Maryland
- Adolescent Female Unit
- Psychiatric facility
- 13-week contract
- Night shift: 3x12 hours, 19:00–7:30
- 36 hours per week
- Guaranteed hours: 40
- First-timers accepted
- Locals accepted
- Weekend requirement: every other weekend
- May be required to work as charge RN during a shift
- Will float within scope as needed, including to any age population when scheduling requires
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Maryland
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- 2 years of psychiatric experience
- Psychiatric experience within the last year
- BLS issued by the American Heart Association
- Maryland fingerprinting must be completed prior to start
- Must complete required background checks and screenings, including:
- 7-year background check
- EPLS/GSA/SAM
- HHS/OIG
- Maryland State Sex Offender Registry Search
- Maryland Medicaid Exclusion List
- Government-issued photo ID
- Highest-degree education verification
- RN license verification
- NURSYS verification
- Complete application
- 2 professional references within 2 years of start
- Skills checklist, if applicable to the unit
- Physical exam within 12 months of start
- Fit mask within 1 year of start
- Negative 12-panel drug screen within 30 days of start
- Flu vaccination or approved exemption during flu season
- COVID vaccination proof or Aya declination form
- TB questionnaire
- Fingerprinting receipt required for clearance
Preferred
- Negative QGOLD or TSPOT within 1 year of start and updated annually
- If using PPD, a true 2-step PPD is accepted and must result prior to start

- On-call is not required
- RTO restriction: 1 pre-approved request allowed
