5x8 schedule: 6:45 AM–3:15 PM or 4x10 schedule: 6:45 AM–5:15 PM
Call required Monday–Friday from 3:15 PM–7:00 AM and on weekends for 24 hours
Every other weekend required

Contract Length

13 weeks

Required Qualifications

CVOR Technologist (4 years of experience)
CVOR Technologist experience within the last year
One completed travel assignment
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
ACLS
PALS
NRP
State license verification
2 professional references within 3 years of start

HHS/OIG check
Connecticut state exclusion list check
Photo for badge
Physical exam within 1 year of start
Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year
Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, hepatitis B, COVID-19, and flu documentation or vaccination status as specified by the facility
Negative 10-panel drug screen within 1 year of start
Facility competency testing and medication/pharmacology competency testing
HealthStream modules must be completed before start
Pass/fail testing required for RNs only

Notes

Medication administration competency exam is required on the first day for RNs who administer medication
