Location: Turnersville, New Jersey
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Background checks including 7-year criminal history and various federal/state checks
Education verification (official transcript acceptable)
Physical exam within 2 months of start
Fit test (3M 1870+ model) within 12 months prior to start (must be completed before start)
Immunizations and health screenings:
- Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap (current)
- Negative TB test (Qgold or TSPOT within 90 days) or chest X-ray if positive
- Measles, Mumps, Rubella (2 vaccines or positive titer)
- Hepatitis B (series, titer, or declination)
- Varicella (2 vaccines or positive titer)
- Seasonal Flu vaccine or approved medical/religious exemption during flu season
Drug screening: 10-panel drug screen within 60 days prior to start
COVID-19 vaccine no longer required prior to start; medical/religious exemptions accepted with mask requirements; booster preferred but not required
Professional references (2 within last 2 years)
Work history verification (minimum 1 year prior to start, per NJ state mandate)

Modules assigned by education department must be completed prior to orientation (approx. 6 hours)
Pass/Fail Basic Dysrhythmia Exam required during orientation (1 attempt only)
RTO (Return to Office) required upon submission
