Job Description

Cath Lab Tech needed at Einstein Medical Center Philadelphia.

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year recent Cath Lab experience
Electrophysiology (EP) experience required
Monitor/Scrub experience required
Certification: Either ARRT or CCI accepted
Certifications:
- ACLS (AHA required)
- BLS (AHA required)
Preferred Experience:
- Cerner & McKesson
- TELE/ICU experience

Shift Details

Shift Hours: 0730-1800
Call Requirements: Optional call - 1 weekday & 1 in 4 weekends

Additional Information

Scrubs: Provided
Patient Ratio: 1:1
HealthStream Modules: Up to 12 hours to be completed prior to orientation
COVID-19 Policy: Medical and religious exemptions accepted
Parking: $8 daily, weekly passes available

Certifications and Competencies Required

Certifications:
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support
- BLS - Basic Life Support
- PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support (if applicable)
- TNCC - Trauma Nursing Core Course (if applicable)
- Tech Certification Verification (ARRT or CCI for Cath Lab Tech)
- HIPAA Safety Manual Acknowledgement
- NIH Stroke Certification (if applicable)
- Pass/Fail Testing (EKG/Medication)
Health Documents:
- Physical Exam
- Fit Mask (within 12 months)
- Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap
- Negative TB or Chest X-Ray
- Drug Testing (10 Panel)
- Flu Vaccine or Medical/Religious Exemption
- COVID-19 Vaccination or Exemption
Background Check: Required within 90 days of start and updated annually.
