RN Oncology Infusion Clinic - Adult

Schedule

• 10-hour shifts
• 40 hours per week

Overview

Provides nursing care for adult oncology infusion clinic patients, including chemotherapy administration, medication management, patient education, monitoring, and follow-up coordination.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Oklahoma
• 1 year of infusion experience
• Infusion experience within the last year
• Current Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association
• ACLS from the American Heart Association
• Fundamentals of Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Administration from the Oncology Nursing Society
• ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certificate from the Oncology Nursing Society
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Oncology experience

Skills

• Knowledge of professional nursing theory, practices, techniques, and procedures
• Ability to organize, plan, coordinate, and evaluate nursing services
• Ability to maintain good working relationships with other employees
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to respond effectively to cultural and language needs of patients and visitors
• Some computer skills

Preferred Education

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or higher from a board-approved program
