Contract Length

• 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree
• ARRT (CT)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) issued by the American Heart Association
• CT Technologist experience within the last year
• 1 year of CT Technologist experience

Preferred Qualifications

• ARRT (R)(CT)
• Fluoroscopy certification for caregivers hired in Colorado
• 1–2 years of CT experience
• 1–2 years of experience in a healthcare setting
• CT experience in a hospital setting

Job Responsibilities

• Perform CT procedures for diagnostic imaging
• Verify patient identity and orders, and prepare patients for exams
• Review images for quality and completeness
• Follow radiation safety, infection control, and sterile technique standards
• Administer contrast media per protocol under physician or radiologist supervision
• Maintain accurate records and follow protocol for medical necessity, coding, charging, consent, and QC
• Provide patient education and support
• Assist and instruct students and other radiology technologists

• Radiation badge is required and provided by the supplier
