Job Overview
- Location: Cleveland, Ohio
- Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Employment type: LTA
- Schedule requirement: Every other weekend and every other holiday
- Charge responsibilities: May be required; charge training/shadowing is offered
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Ohio
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- Driver's License
- Telemetry PCU - Progressive Care Unit (1 year of experience)
- Telemetry PCU - Progressive Care Unit experience within the last year
- Transplant experience
- Med Surg experience
- Telemetry experience
Health and Immunization Requirements
- Influenza vaccine proof required October through March; declination or medical exemption forms are accepted with the stated masking requirement if declining
- TB testing: 2-step PPD or IGRA with negative reads within the last 6 months
- MMR immunity by positive titers within the last 15 years
- Varicella immunity by positive titers within the last 15 years
- Hepatitis B series, at least 2 doses, signed declination, or positive titers within 15 years
- Tdap within the last 10 years
- Fit test completed within 1 year of start
- COVID-19 vaccination is preferred, not required
Additional Notes
- Intermittent charge responsibilities may be required
- Temporary licenses are not accepted
