Job Description
- Perform a wide range of diagnostic MRI procedures supporting quality healthcare services.
- Experience required with Siemens MRI equipment.
- Procedures include Abdomen/Pelvis, Chest, Head/Neck, Breast (preferred), Cardiovascular (preferred), Spine/Musculoskeletal, Diffusion (non-brain), Perfusion, Gradient Echo Imaging, Image Post-Processing, Multiplanar Reconstruction, Spin Echo Images, Surface Coils, T-1 and T-2 Weighted Images, Maximum Intensity Projection (preferred).
- Work schedule: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM.
- Patient population: All ages from neonate to older adult, in inpatient and/or outpatient settings.
- Must have experience with Epic electronic health record system.
- Local candidates considered within a 60-mile radius.
Required Qualifications
- Current ARRT-MR certification.
- BLS certification via American Heart Association (AHA).
- Valid state license as an MRI Technologist (per Florida requirements).
- Experience with Siemens MRI equipment and advanced MRI imaging techniques as listed above.

- Seasonal flu vaccination or declination during flu season (Oct 1 - Mar 31).
- COVID-19 vaccination preferred (for tracking purposes).
- Negative 10-panel drug screen within 12 months (instant tests not accepted).
- Background check within 6 months including all locations lived/worked/schooled in past 7 years.
- Florida AHCA Level II fingerprinting clearance required prior to start.
Additional Requirements
- Government-issued photo ID required during hours of service.
- Professional references: 2 professional references from within the last 2 years required for all candidates with direct patient contact.
- Annual skills checklist and competency exams as applicable.
- Completion of facility-specific online modules and training prior to start.
