Schedule

• Night shift, 3x12 hours (18:00 to 06:30)
• Weekends, Friday through Sunday
• 12 hours per day, 36 hours per week
• 5 days RTO max considered

Role Details

• Tech works alone after midnight.
• Covers ED patients and inpatients. No outpatients are scheduled during this shift.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Washington CT Technologist license and Washington Radiological Technologist Certification
• At least 1 year of CT Technologist experience, including experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or RQI
• ARRT (CT) certification
• Experience with Epic

Background and Screening

• Background check covering all locations lived, worked, or attended school in the past 7 years, including SSN trace, counties, WA statewide, WA federal, nationwide, and national sex offender searches (international searches if applicable)
• WSP/WATCH search results
• WA Courts search results, run and signed per facility instructions (search hits do not disqualify a candidate)
• Social Security number must be provided, but the card itself is not needed

Health Requirements

• Physical exam within 1 year of start (not required annually)
• Tdap vaccine (highly preferred) or declination
• Negative TB test within 1 year of start: QuantiFERON Gold, T-SPOT, or 2 PPDs (PPD must show induration of 10mm or less)
• Measles, mumps, rubella, and varicella: titer with lab results or 2 vaccines (1 booster required if titer is negative or equivocal)
• Hepatitis B: titer, proof of series, or facility-specific declination
• 10-panel drug screen within 30 days of start (instant tests accepted)
• Flu vaccine or facility-specific declination, required year-round (documentation deadline for 2026-27 is 11/18)

Facility Requirements

• Complete assigned facility modules ASAP after orientation. The facility monitors completion, and candidates not finished within the first week may be pulled from the schedule.
• Review and sign the code of conduct, applicant disclosure statement, confidentiality policy, and internet usage agreement
• Review the appearance and dress code
