CT Tech Travel/Contract Position
Location: Great Falls, Montana
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Details
- Specialty: Radiology / Cardiology
- Shift: Primarily day shift, 4 days a week, 10-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
- Rotation: Rotating day off; occasional evening or weekend shifts possible if full-time staff take time off
- Equipment/Systems: GE Rev Max and Evo, PACS, Siemens Definition AS
- Charting System: Previous EPIC experience required (used within past 12 months)
- Note: First-time travelers will not be accepted
Required Qualifications
- Valid CT Technologist license in Montana (can be pending or submitted immediately upon offer)
- Minimum 1 year of CT Technologist experience, including experience within the last year
- Completion of at least one travel assignment as a CT Technologist
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Experience with EPIC electronic health record system within the past 12 months
Required Experience
- Specialty experience: Radiology / Cardiology (CT Tech) – minimum 1 year (implied by ARRT CT preference and travel experience requirement)
Compliance & Documentation Requirements
- Copy of Driver’s License or State ID
- Background Check within 1 year covering all locations lived/worked/schooled in past 7 years
- EPLS/GSA/SAM, HHS/OIG checks required
- Education Verification or copy of diploma/transcripts related to specialty
- ACLS and PALS certifications as applicable by specialty
- Orientation Safety Manual Acknowledgement
- State License verification
- Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam
- Competency Exam and annual HIPAA Competency
- Flu Declination Form if declining flu vaccine
- Privacy Security Form prior to start
- COVID-19 Declination Form if not vaccinated or missing 2024-2025 booster
- Agency Staff Personnel Form confirming EPIC use within past 12 months
- Physical Exam (not required annually unless >30 day gap between assignments)
- Immunizations and Titers:
- Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap (within 10 years or declination)
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray (within 30 days or as per history)
- Measles, Mumps, Rubella (2 MMR vaccines or positive antibody titer)
- Hepatitis B (titer, vaccine series, or declination)
- Varicella (history, vaccines, titer, or declination)
- Drug Testing: 5, 7, or 10 panel drug screen within 1 year including THC, Cocaine, Amphetamines, PCP, Opiates
- Photo for badge (passport style, solid background, clear, no filters)
- Two professional references within 2 years of start
- Complete employment application/resume
- Skills checklist

- Shift flexibility may be required occasionally for evening or weekend coverage
