Location

Dayton, Ohio

Contract

13-week travel/contract assignment
Winter contract option also available for 18 weeks

Schedule

Night shift, 3x12 hours
19:00–07:30
Must work every other weekend and every other holiday

Unit Overview

Fast-paced ICU for neurological diseases and disorders, including seizures and strokes
Also cares for overflow ICU patients from Medical Surgical ICU and Heart and Vascular ICU

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Ohio
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
ICU - Intensive Care Unit (2 years of experience)
ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience within the last year
Stroke experience
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
BLS issued by American Heart Association
NIHSS
Experience with Epic

Floating

Traveler floats first at the facility’s discretion
May float within the specialty cluster and to medically appropriate assignments
If assigned to this hospital, floating may include Main Campus, South Campus, and North Campus

Other Notes

RTO must be requested with initial submission; no RTO added after offer
RTO approval is at manager discretion
Two shifts may be canceled per 13-week contract due to low census
Contract may be canceled with 2 weeks’ notice without fee or fine
