Contract Length

  • 13 weeks

Shift

  • 3 x 12-hour shifts, 11:00–23:00
  • Every other weekend
  • No call required

Role Summary

  • Provides support in the LDRP setting for obstetricians, surgical scrub techs, registered nurses, and charge nurses
  • Works under the supervision of a charge nurse
  • May mentor and train students

Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in California
  • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
  • Labor and Delivery (1 year of experience)
  • Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
  • BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
  • NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure issued by American Heart Association or American Academy of Pediatrics

  • Unit-specific skills checklist required
  • Employment application must include 7 years of work history with no gaps
