Schedule

Day shift, 5x8 hours
8:00 AM–5:00 PM
40 hours per week

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Physical Therapist license in North Carolina
  • Physical Therapist experience within the last year
  • BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross

Additional Requirements

  • Government-issued photo ID
  • 2 professional references within 3 years of start
  • Background check
  • EPLS/GSA/SAM screening
  • HHS/OIG screening
  • Physical exam within 1 year of start
  • Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
  • Negative 9-panel drug screen within 1 year of start
  • Seasonal flu vaccination or declination during flu season
  • Measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella immunization/documentation requirements
  • Skills checklist
  • Competency exam
  • Medication test/pharmacology competency exam, as applicable by profession
  • National tech certification verification, as applicable
  • State license verification
  • Annual TB questionnaire
  • Annual skills checklist
  • Annual background and exclusion screenings
  • Annual HHS/OIG screening
  • Annual EPLS/GSA/SAM screening

  • N95 mask fitting will be completed onsite
