Overview

• Location: Dubois, Pennsylvania
• Employment type: Travel/Contract
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Shift: Rotating day and night 12-hour shifts
• Weekly hours: 36
• Schedule notes: Rotating schedule with 3 weeks on each shift pattern, depending on unit needs; every other weekend required
• Float: Required
• First-time travelers: Accepted
• Local candidates: Not accepted within 50 miles
• Dress code: Navy blue or white scrubs

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Pennsylvania
• PCU - Progressive Care Unit (2 years of experience)
• PCU - Progressive Care Unit experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• NIHSS
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Additional Requirements

• Government-issued photo ID
• Background check
• Education verification
• Pennsylvania child abuse search
• Pennsylvania FBI fingerprinting completed in Pennsylvania
• EPLS/GSA/SAM check
• HHS/OIG check
• Physical exam within 1 year of start
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray
• Negative 10-panel drug screen within 30 days of start
• Tdap vaccination within the past 10 years, or facility declination
• COVID vaccine or facility declination
• Flu vaccine or facility declination during flu season
• Measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella immunity or acceptable documentation/declination
• Breathalyzer test within 30 days of start
