Overview

• Travel/Contract role in Tulsa, Oklahoma
• 13-week assignment
• Night shift: 3x12 hours, 18:30–7:00
• 36 hours per week
• Weekends required
• Locals not accepted; local radius is 75 miles

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Oklahoma
• ED - Emergency Department (1 year of experience)
• ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross or RQI or American Safety and Health Institute
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross or RQI or American Safety and Health Institute
• PALS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross or RQI or American Safety and Health Institute
• CPI
• NIHSS
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Complete application/resume required
• 7-year work history verification required
• Unit-specific skills checklist required annually
• Clear headshot required for badge
• Drivers License/State ID required
• E-Verify required for direct candidates; attestation required for sub candidates
• Education verification required
• Highest level of education must be verified
• 7-year background check required within 1 year of start and updated annually
• EPLS/GSA/SAM required upon hire
• HHS/OIG required upon hire
• Fingerprinting required onsite during orientation for all travelers
• Consent form and government ID must be on file by Wednesday prior to start for fingerprint registration
• Physical exam within 12 months of start
• Fit test required within 1 year of start and renewed annually
• Adult Tdap vaccine required within 10 years of start
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
• TB questionnaire required within 90 days of start for positive TB results
• Rubeola, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella immunization/titer documentation required
• Negative 10-panel drug screen within 90 days of start
• Flu vaccine or approved medical/religious exemption required during flu season
• Color blind testing required for all candidates
• Competency exam required as applicable to profession
• Medication test/pharmacology competency exam required as applicable by profession
• NURSYS verification required for RN
• State license verification required
