Location: Fayetteville, North Carolina
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Unit: Progressive Care Unit (PCU) - Nights (3 shifts of 12 hours, 7 PM to 7 AM)
Guaranteed 36 hours per week (option to request 48 hours)
Patient Ratios: 1:4-5
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
No travel pairs accepted
Floating required within scope to meet facility needs (may float between like units)
Local candidates not accepted (50-mile radius restriction)
Return staff policy: Must be off assignment for 1 year before returning as a traveler
Maximum of 2 contracts allowed (can extend once), then must be off for 6 months before returning
Call-off policy: Up to 2 shifts off per 13-week assignment; after that, contracted hours are guaranteed

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina
Minimum 2 years of experience in Progressive Care Unit (PCU), with PCU experience within the last year
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification issued by the American Heart Association
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
