Temp Technologist, MRI (Days)
Location: Des Moines, IA Employment Type: Temp Shift: Days Contract Length: 13 weeks
Required Qualifications
- MRI Technologist with 2 years of experience
- MRI Technologist experience within the last year
- ARMRIT or ARRT (MR) certification
- Experience working with Level 2 Trauma patients
- Experience in a hospital setting
- Valid driver's license
- Experience with GE imaging equipment
- Experience with Siemens imaging equipment
Preferred Qualifications
- Travel experience
- Epic Radiant experience (highly preferred)
- Level I trauma experience
- Professional reference from a supervisor, manager, director, or executive within 24 months
Unit Information
- Patient types: ED, inpatient, outpatient
- Drips: power injection contrast injections
- Scrubs: charcoal gray
- Traveler may be required to float across all campuses in the system
Additional Details
- Orientation dates: 11/30, 12/7, 12/14
- Holiday requirement: Unless the unit is closed, the traveler must work 1 to 2 of the 3 upcoming winter holidays.
- Eligibility restriction: Past employees of the system, whether full-time or PRN float pool, cannot work travel in another market for 12 months after their employment. This does not apply to anyone who previously worked travel contracts within the system.
