Valid Occupational Therapist license in Iowa

Experience with Epic

First-time travelers accepted

Scheduling Expectations

Required to work 1–2 of the 3 summer holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day

Additional Notes

Must have a taxable address outside 50 miles from the facility
Local candidates may be accepted in Madison with a 10% rate reduction
