Staff on Day Shift: Approximately 1 charge nurse, 3 RNs, 2 CNAs, and 1-3 sitters
Patient Ratio: 1:1

Typical Procedures: Elective surgeries including Orthopedics, Spine, General Surgery, Cardiovascular, Plastics, Gynecology, Robotics, and Urology
No trauma cases handled on this unit
Work environment emphasizes flexibility, outstanding teamwork, and a collaborative culture

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado
Minimum 2 years of Operating Room (OR) experience, including experience within the last year
Acute Care experience
Current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
De-escalation skills in a healthcare setting

Experience or knowledge in Orthopedics/Spine and Cardiovascular procedures is a plus

This is a competitive market; candidates with the preferred skills may be prioritized
The unit values flexibility and teamwork among staff
Day shift position (7 AM to 7 PM) with a typical staffing pattern as described above
