Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Tennessee
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- De-escalation skills in a healthcare setting
- Assessment of Physical Therapist skills or education on the risks associated with hazardous drugs as defined by USP 800
