Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Virginia
- Cardiac Cath Lab (2 years of experience)
- Cardiac Cath Lab experience within the last year
- ACLS
- BLS
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Clinical Skills / Experience
- Circulating, scrubbing, and/or monitoring
- Ablation procedures
- LAAO procedures
- Device implants
Preferred Experience
- Loop implant/explant
- Leadless PPM
- Lead extraction
Unit Details
- Cardiac cath and EP lab
- Day shift includes a mix of RN and Rad Tech/RCIS
- Typical patient ratio is a 3-person team per patient
- Minimum 6 staff daily for the EP lab area
- Floating may include cath lab or pre/post, based on experience
Work Conditions
- May include 1–2 late nights each week
- Scrub color/attire: Seal Blue
