Job Overview

• Travel RN position in Pasadena, Texas
• 36 hours per week
• 13-week contract
• Alternate weekends required

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Texas
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• ED - Emergency Department (1 year of experience)
• ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
• ACLS
• BLS
• PALS
• TNCC
• CPI
• ENPC
• Extensive experience with STEMI
• Extensive experience with Sepsis
• Trauma experience
• Stroke experience

Preferred

• Adult and pediatric emergency department experience
• NRP
• STABLE

Unit Details

• 30-bed emergency department
• Typical patient ratio is up to 1:5, depending on acuity
• Common procedures include thoracotomy, arterial lines, and massive transfusion protocol
• Floating may include two free-standing emergency departments

Work Environment

• Uses Meditech, with a planned transition to Expanse on 8/13/26
• Royal blue scrubs required
