Pros

Enjoyed my time with the OR staff. Very friendly and organized. There usually wasn't many add ons.

Cons

Most of my cons were with the staffing agency. The only thing I can say is they rush you through modules and check offs, so if you can get it done before arriving at the facility take advantage.
