ICU Nurse (Contract) – Arizona, Globe

Position Details

• Employment Type: Contract
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Shift: 12-hour day shifts plus call
• Hours per Week: 36
• Call Requirement: Must take some 24-hour call shifts; additional call shifts required during contract
• Floating: Must be willing to float to Med Surg if needed
• Cancellation Policy: Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts during the contract; guaranteed hours do not apply
• Time Off Requests: No more than 3 days off (RTO) allowed per 13-week contract

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Arizona
• Minimum of 3 years of ICU (Intensive Care Unit) experience, including experience within the last year
• ACLS certification
• BLS certification
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Flu vaccine required (no exceptions)
• Preferred: Experience with Meditech 6.0 EMR

Additional Requirements

• Must not have a permanent address within 100 miles of the facility (100-mile radius rule)
