Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York.
Minimum 1 year of wound care experience, including experience within the last year.
Med/Surg nursing experience.
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited program.
American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Current certification in at least one of the following:
- Certified Wound Ostomy Continence Nurse (CWOCN)
- Certified Wound Ostomy Nurse (CWON)
- Certified Wound Care Nurse (CWCN)
- Certified Wound Specialist (CWS)
- Wound Care Certified (WCC)
