Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York.
- Minimum 1 year of wound care experience, including experience within the last year.
- Med/Surg nursing experience.
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited program.
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Current certification in at least one of the following:
- Certified Wound Ostomy Continence Nurse (CWOCN)
- Certified Wound Ostomy Nurse (CWON)
- Certified Wound Care Nurse (CWCN)
- Certified Wound Specialist (CWS)
- Wound Care Certified (WCC)
