Nurse Manager - Patient Care Service

7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
40 hours per week

Contract Length

13 weeks

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in New York
Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Administrative (3 years of experience)
Administrative experience within the last year
Charge Nurse or Supervisory experience
ED - Emergency Department experience

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in nursing or a health-related field
3–5 years of nursing clinical care experience
Charge nurse or supervisory experience

Role Overview

Leads nursing practice using relationship-centered care and modified primary nursing principles
Oversees purposeful hourly rounding and patient experience practices
Supports patient safety, quality improvement, and compliance initiatives
Collaborates with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and nursing leadership
Addresses patient concerns and service recovery in a timely manner
