CT Technologist

Location

Aurora, Colorado

Contract

8 weeks
36 hours per week
12-hour night shifts

Required Qualifications

Current BLS certification
ARRT certification in CT
ARRT certification in Radiography
1 year of experience in CT
IV proficiency

Schedule

Monday through Friday
Weekend and holiday coverage required

Clinical Setting

Department has 1 scanner/room
Average volume is 15–20 scans/studies per day
In-house radiologist coverage is available Monday through Friday, 8am–5pm
A supervisor or lead technologist is available at all times

Duties and Coverage

Routine musculoskeletal, body, and CTA studies, including head/neck, PE, and some lower-extremity exams
May float to X-ray or MRI if credentialed
Must start IVs

Equipment and Systems

GE equipment
InteleBrowser PACS/EMR system
