Contract
- 13 weeks
- 40 hours per week
- Days
Setting
- SNF and Home Health in the surrounding areas, approximately 50/50
- Also covers Auburn and Syracuse as needed for PTO and census
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Nebraska
- Physical Therapist experience within the last year
- 1 year of Physical Therapist experience
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Preferred
- New grads are accepted
Supervision
- Supervises 2 PTAs
Schedule
- Varies; days
- Work week runs Sunday through Saturday
Additional Details
- Therapy supervisor onsite
- Software used: SNF Net Health, HH HCHB
- Productivity expectation: 80% SNF and points system; 80 min/pt. Approx. 27 points if full time in HH
- No on-call or call-back available
- Housing may be used at additional cost
