2A - Admissions - Med Surg RN

Location

Fargo, North Dakota

Contract Length

13 weeks

Unit Details

15-bed medical/surgical admissions unit with all private rooms
Takes patients ready to be discharged from the ER but not yet assigned to a specific unit
Performs initial admissions and cares for patients until transfer to their new unit

Required Qualifications

2 years of previous Med Surg experience
Level 1 trauma experience
BLS (AHA)
Epic experience

Schedule

12-hour shifts: 0700-1930 or 1900-0730
Every other weekend and every other holiday
No call

Float Scope

Floats to other medical/surgical units as needed

Additional Notes

Must be able to work in a busy, fast-paced environment
Navy blue scrubs required
New medical/surgical unit
