Radiologic Technologist (Contract)

Location: Rushville, Illinois
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Schedule: 3x12-hour overnight weekend shifts (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 6:30am–6:30pm)

Job Overview

• Provide high-quality diagnostic imaging to support accurate and timely diagnoses.
• Operate X-ray and CT equipment with precision, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
• Prepare patients by explaining procedures clearly and creating a calm environment.
• Administer contrast media responsibly and monitor patient responses.
• Perform bedside imaging for patients unable to travel.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe care environment.
• Uphold strict safety and infection control standards.
• Support continuity of care by being available for on-call needs.

Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in Illinois
• Minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience within the last year
• Current IEMA and ARRT certification and licensure
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
• Associate’s degree or equivalent qualification from an accredited radiologic technology program
• Radiology Technologist experience
