Medical Laboratory Technologist – Evening/Night Shift

Location: Morristown, Vermont
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Evening/Nights (3 shifts per week, 12 hours each)
Hours per Week: 36

Job Description

• Perform assigned laboratory analyses and report results following departmental procedures and regulations.
• Maintain quality control and equipment according to instructions and schedule.
• Correlate laboratory results with clinical findings through chart review and consultation with nursing and medical staff.
• Perform receptionist and phlebotomist duties as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable State and Federal healthcare laws, regulations, and policies.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Medical Laboratory Technologist license for Vermont.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Medical Technologist, including experience within the last year.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Additional Information

• Evening/Night shifts only (3x12-hour shifts weekly).
